2009 saw the begining of renovations to the Royal Federal Hotel, Braxton.
Established in 1899 the hotel has a rich history of days gone.
The town of Braxton is 75km north west of Newcastle & the Northern gateway to the Huntery Valley Wine Country.

MG Signs are proud to have helped the RFH over the years.
When we were asked to design & manufacture some old style signage for the RFH we jumped at the chance.

Included in the work was a 1.8m high hand carved double sided 23.5 crt guilded building sign.

Glass & Wrought iron blade signs. Guilded & hand painted.

Hand signwriten menu board & Bistro.

Canvas prints & acrylic mounted black & white photos & many more signs.

Since 2007 we have supported Race Image in the Australian V8 super car series.
As the racing industry is fast moving & cut throat. Design & development of a fast & easy ways to manufacture & apply there race car livery and promotional signage was the key to our relationship.

Thankyou Sankey for giving us the chance to clean the cobwebs out of the old signwriting brushes and get into a bit of painting, this lettering and logo are 22 metres long and 5 metres high

The Amos Air vans were done using digitally printed graphics and vinyl cut lettering, they had their own logos in place so it was just up to us to place them on the vans for maximum exposure.

Kabukiu

It was quiet obvious when surveying the new Kabukiu store that the awning over looking the Pacific Highway was the best way to let people know that Kabukiu was on the scene and where to get their hands onto one of Telina's spectacular kimono's. Telina & mgsigns both worked together on the design and the signage was made using alupanel with digitally printed graphics and a long life clearcoat that will keep Kabukiu's awning looking sharp for years to come.

Kabuki is Japanese for theatre.

Kabukiu is an extension of that. It is theatre, imagination, femininity, and individuality harmoniously combined.

Kabukiu has a strong Japanese-influence throughout the store, with products including:

Contour Building & Construction

Contour main signage is hand fabricated 0.8mm aluminium pan letters all spayed in 2pack paint and 15mm single row neon, a great feature with this sign is that we found out about it before contour had rendered the front of their building and we were able to imbed all the wires into the wall and render over them keeping the signage very clean and no exposed wires.

Contour reception sign are cut out 10mm lettering with gold vinyl applied to the face.

Contour vehicles are all long life vinyl graphics.
